Focus

My work sits at the intersection of product design, design systems, and leadership, shaped by years of hands-on execution across fintech, SaaS, and emerging technologies.

Context

Before formally entering design, I spent time learning how software works — exploring front-end code, writing blogs, and understanding how digital products are built and maintained. That early exposure shaped how I think even today: design decisions don’t live in isolation, they live inside systems, teams, and constraints.

In 2018–2019, while writing my first book, I needed a cover to publish it on Amazon. With no formal design background, I designed it myself. That small project sparked a deeper interest — not just in visuals, but in how design shapes outcomes. By 2020, I began sharing my work publicly. My first Behance post gained strong traction, leading directly to client projects and marking the start of my professional design career.

Over the years, I’ve worked across early-stage startups and large organizations, designing systems and products used by millions of users. My work has included leading product design, building scalable design systems, and setting design direction for complex platforms in regulated and high-impact environments. I’ve collaborated closely with founders, product managers, and engineering teams, and have led and mentored designers while owning outcomes end to end.

I’ve had the opportunity to contribute to products and teams associated with companies like Bolt, Amagi, and Volvo, where design decisions needed to scale across users, teams, platforms, and long-term product roadmaps.

My background spans visual design, product design, and systems thinking. I’m comfortable operating with high ownership and low oversight — taking problems from early, unclear ideas through to production-ready solutions that hold up as products grow. I focus on clarity, accessibility, and durability, designing with the assumption that products will evolve, scale, and be used under real-world constraints.

Outside of work, I enjoy mountaineering, long bike rides, and watching anime — interests that reinforce patience, endurance, and long-term thinking, qualities that strongly influence how I approach product design.

I’m most interested in teams that value trust, thoughtful execution, and designers who take responsibility beyond screens — especially when building products meant to serve many users at scale.
